Four steps from first email to a site that stays current.
No discovery workshops, no proposals that take three meetings. A short intake, a design chosen on purpose, a careful build, and a care plan that starts the day the site goes live.
Intake
A short conversation: who you serve, what visitors need to do, and what your brand already looks like.
This happens over email if you like. We collect the facts — your services, locations, contact points — and your real assets: the logo you have, the colors you use, the photos you own. If something's missing, we say so up front rather than discovering it at launch.
Design
We choose a distinct look for your site, on purpose, and agree on it before a page is built.
Your site gets a named design direction — its own type, color, and structure, derived from your brand and your visitors' top task. You see it and approve it before the build starts. Nothing is poured into a pre-made theme, ever.
Build & review
The site is built to that design and checked, screen by screen, on phone and desktop.
Every page is reviewed against the agreed design at phone size and at desktop size before you ever see it, and you get a private preview link to click through. Revisions happen here, while changes are cheap.
Launch & care
We launch it, then your care plan keeps it updated, monitored, backed up, and answered.
Going live is not the end of the project — it's the start of the service. Your care plan covers hosting, security updates, monitoring, backups, and your monthly content changes, made by the person who built the site.
Email a change. It gets made, checked, and published. That's the whole workflow. No tickets, no portal, no "have you tried clearing your cache." Your care plan's changes are handled by the builder, usually within the plan's response time.
Step one is a short email.
Tell us who you are and what the site needs to do. We'll come back with a build tier and a care plan scoped to it.
